Out of the ashes of a shattered past comes a love reborn on Eagle wings. One heart, One soul, One circle, One dream, One promise to save One mountain and the magic of the rings entwined. Two years after a mysterious bag lady bestows on her the gift of two gold rings entwined, Callie Dailie arrives in a small mountain town. Walking through the trails behind the cabin she's come to call home, she stumbles upon a stranger - an old Native American man named Yellow Feather. Slowly, he reveals the true meaning of the rings and together they journey to a sacred place hidden inside a mountain cavern, where ancient paintings on the walls tell the story of Forever One. Yet, the future of the cavern is set to disappear beneath the insatiable hunger of land vultures and the heavy fist of progress. The old one believes that Callie and the one she has come to find, hold the key to saving the cavern and everything it stands for. But he couldn't know that his estranged son would be her most ominous threat of all, or that the one she'd come to find wasn't who she'd imagined. Perfect Circles is a true love story for all time.
Perfect Circles Lisa Mary Jackson Books
I loved Perfect Circles. This is a book about courage and standing up for one's one's beliefs and ideals. I connected with the characters, and I felt their pain, their joy, and their sadness. I cannot wait for the sequel.Product details

Perfect Circles Lisa Mary Jackson Books Reviews
This book is a really good read, especially when things began to come together.
At first the main characters are telling their own stories, then the whole book begans to take shape.
The American Indian lore is so interesting to those of us who love the old tales of the connections of Mother Earth and all the componants that make us what we are. Some of the story takes your imagination for a spin...but we all know someone we have met along life's journey that is like Dorothy in the book, they make us look at ourselves and help us be humble.
Callie and Ethan are wonderful main characters, as they make their way in circles.
The turns and spins of this book will keep you interested until you sigh when things finally look really good for all concerned.

I received a complimentary copy of this book in exchange for my review.
I couldn't decide if I truly enjoyed this book or not. I didn't feel the urge to keep picking it up the way I do some books, but I also wanted to see how it ended, though I felt I knew how it was going to end.
The characters are well written and for the most part believable. But the writing style sort of changes several times throughout the book. It goes from a contemporary style of writing to a kind of new age-y feel almost mid chapter. Half way through the book it was as though the author went from speaking American English to speaking British English. If the main character had uttered the phrase "far out" one more time I think I would have screamed also. It was EXTREMELY frustrating!
I think the premise of the book is good, and the writing over all is good. But the author stalls and slowly creeps the story along. With the writing style changing mid book it was frustrating. I would still recommend the book to anyone interested in environmental or new age topics.
Happy Reading =}

There is an awful lot going on in this book. I wanted to love it, but I did at least like it quite a bit.
This is the story of Callie and Ethan, and Callie and Snake, and Callie and Yellow Feather, and Snake and Yellow Feather, and Ethan and Rachel. It's all very complex and complicated. But the story is well written. The author delves into Native American lore quite well despite the obvious fact that she is a Brit. There were quite a few colloquial references that gave her away, but other than that she did a great job of storytelling. The story went off in so many directions, all of them interesting by themselves, that this is more of an epic tale. We get a little bit of everything Historical romance, contemporary romance, action, adventure, mystery, thriller, new age introspection. Some of the characters are so unlikeable that they're likeable. There were a few points where I wanted to say "Wrap it up, already!" but overall, it was an enjoyable distraction. I would read this author again.
I had hard time finishing this book. It just rambled on and wasn't interesting, Focus too much on Indian lore took away from storyline. Not one I would recommend.
Perfect Circles is an easy read with well defined characters. In truth, it is wonderful story that tugs at the fabric of your heart. It is a spiritual journey of everlasting love, friendship, trust, hope, discovery, and forgiveness. No matter who you are, I believe that you will find someone or something that you can relate to. I highly recommended it.

This book is thought provoking and heart searching with a message that needs to be listened to. A side of Lisa Jackson that I would not have expected, but humbled to read.
Wish it had just a different ending. Wanted one more chapter.
